The Garrett County Board of REALTORS® gives reciprocity to non-GCBR members on a case by case basis to ensure that every REALTOR® coming in from outside the area is keenly aware of their fiduciary duties to know and understand local zoning, land use, ordinances, disclosure requirements and other laws unique to our area that may affect the interest of their clients as well as the fact that we are a resort market and many of the homes for sale are also vacation rentals with rental customers in the homes.
